We deliver within 24–48 hours after you upload your photos, or within 24 hours with Rush delivery (+$15). Uploading takes about 5 minutes.

One clear, front-facing photo of their face (good light, no sunglasses), plus 3 memory photos for Classic or 5 for Deluxe and Ultimate, each with a short caption. For Ultimate, also one photo of you. Normal phone photos are perfect.

Yes. You get the private link first, play it yourself, and only then give it.

Small fixes are free: a typo, a different photo, a re-worded message. Just reply to your delivery email.

Full refund if you cancel before we start building your game. After delivery we fix anything that isn't right, free of charge. Beyond that, we look at each case individually. See our Refunds page.

Yes. It's gentle and festive — no violence, no ads, no chat and no in-game purchases. Controls are simple swipes, and it plays in the browser they already use. If the game features a child, please order as their parent or guardian, or with their permission.

Yes — the Ultimate edition has an optional proposal mode: you appear next to them at the finale and the game ends with your question. Play it through yourself first so you know when the moment comes.

You get a private link and a printable QR card (PNG + PDF). Print the card for a Christmas card or under the tree, or simply text the link. The link works for at least 12 months.

Partly. We use AI tools to turn the face photo into a stylized 3D hero. Your memories, captions, message and voice are placed by our team, and every game is checked by a person before delivery.

We can't put commercial recordings inside the game. Music labels don't allow it, and Instagram would mute your story video. Instead, add “your song” as a link that opens at the finale in their own Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube (Deluxe & Ultimate). Or sing it yourself as your voice message. People love that even more.
