These Terms of Service apply to your use of the VL Games online store, operated by SALESPIKE LLC, California, USA ("we", "us"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Personalized games

  1. Allowed content. Upload only photos, recordings and texts you own or have permission to use, of people who agreed to appear in the game. No celebrities or public figures, no explicit, violent, hateful or illegal content, nothing that infringes others' rights. We may refuse or cancel (with a full refund) an order that breaks these rules.
  2. Consent. You confirm that everyone shown agreed (for minors: their parent or guardian).
  3. Digital delivery. The game is a digital product delivered as a private web link and a printable QR card, normally within 24–48 hours after we receive your photos (24 hours with Rush delivery). Nothing is shipped. Delivery times are estimates; we will tell you promptly if something delays your order. See our Delivery policy.
  4. Previews and changes. You can play your game before gifting it. Small corrections (typos, swapping a photo, re-wording a message) are free.
  5. Refunds. Full refund if you cancel before we start building your game; after delivery we fix problems free of charge; beyond that, case by case. See our Refund policy.
  6. Licence. You keep all rights to your photos and texts. You give us a limited licence to use them only to make and host your game (and, only if you opted in, to show the finished game in our marketing). The game engine, artwork and music remain ours; you may share your private link freely.
  7. Availability. We keep the game online for at least 12 months from delivery. We are not responsible for browser or device limitations outside our control.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it.

Intellectual property

The VL Games name, logo, games and site content belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
