Shipping policy

The Personalized Christmas Video Game is a digital product — nothing is shipped. There is no shipping step at checkout and no shipping fee.

How delivery works

1. Right after checkout you get a private link to a short upload form (also in your order confirmation). Add the face photo, your memory photos with captions, names and your message — it takes about 5 minutes.
2. We build and check your game and email you a private web link plus a printable QR card (PNG + PDF).
3. Play it yourself first, ask for any small fixes, then give it: print the card or text the link.

How long it takes

• Standard: within 24–48 hours after we receive your photos.
• Rush delivery (+$15): within 24 hours after we receive your photos.

The clock starts when your photos arrive, so upload them as soon as you can. Delivery times are estimates; if anything delays your order, we tell you right away.

Christmas

Order by December 20 and upload your photos the same day to get your game before Christmas. It's delivered by link, so there are no carrier delays.

How long the game stays online

Your link works for at least 12 months from delivery. Want it taken down earlier? Just contact us.
