Before we start building
Full refund. Changed your mind? If we haven't started building your game yet, contact us with your order number and we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
After delivery
Free fixes. If something isn't right — a typo, a photo you'd like to swap, a message you want to re-word, or a technical problem — reply to your delivery email and we fix it free of charge.
Anything else
Case by case. If you're still not happy after we've tried to fix it, contact us and we'll look at your situation individually and find a fair solution.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
