Privacy

Your photos stay private

We use your photos for one thing only: making your game.

How it's made: we use AI tools to turn one photo into their stylized 3D hero. Then our team puts in your memories and message, and a person checks every game before it's delivered.

Original uploads are deleted automatically 7 days after you approve your game.
Private link
Your game lives at an unguessable link that isn't listed or indexed anywhere.
Never in our ads
We never use your photos or game in marketing unless you opt in.
Delete any time
Ask us and we delete the game and everything related to it.

FAQ

Questions grandparents ask

We're not tech people. Is it hard to order?

Not at all. Tap through 4 simple steps on this site (who it's for, their name, the look, the edition), then pay. After checkout you upload a few photos from your phone. Stuck? Message us — a real person helps.

Is it safe for our grandchild?

Yes. No ads, no chat, no account, and only their first name. The link is private, and we delete your photos 7 days after you approve the game.

Can we record a message for them?

Yes. With Deluxe or Ultimate you record one voice message (up to 60 seconds). It plays at the finale, with a replay button.

How do we give it to her?

You get a private link and a printable QR card (PNG + PDF). Put the card in a Christmas card, or simply text her the link.

How long does it take?

We deliver within 24–48 hours after you upload your photos, or within 24 hours with Rush delivery (+$15). Uploading takes about 5 minutes.

Can you add our song?

We can't put commercial recordings inside the game. Music labels don't allow it, and Instagram would mute your story video. Instead, add “your song” as a link that opens at the finale in their own Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube (Deluxe & Ultimate). Or sing it yourself as your voice message. People love that even more.
